The Pork Festival, famous for 1” thick grilled pork chops, is set up around Tipton’s landmark Romanesque sandstone courthouse September 5-7. Take the train from Noblesville to the festival on Saturday on your choice of three departures. On Saturday the festival includes a parade at 2:00 p.m., a car show, live evening entertainment, and a new zipline. Also new in 2013--The Pork Court with expanded pork product menus from several vendors.
Take a short ride on cabooses Friday and Saturday during the Pork Festival. Caboose rides are $5 per person for all riders over age 2.
